5	Also I think there's probably a lot of upstream packages that do it
6	right, but many of our ebuilds aren't taking advantage at the moment,
7	particularly the older ebuilds. Unless the upstream package actually
8	breaks when using explicit enable/disable, we should be doing it in
9	the ebuild.
