I have an idea concerning Gentoo Live Distro. As a |

Live Distro, it is essential that it is trimmed, |
| 5 |
leaving the biggest space available for application. |
| 6 |
However, in order to trim it we certainly can NOT |
| 7 |
include drivers of ALL kind of hardwares imaginable, |
| 8 |
thereby it render some Gentoo user with no driver |
| 9 |
included in the distro. My suggestion is that possible |
| 10 |
to change its installation seqence so when it discover |
| 11 |
that the hardware drivers is NOT avilable, it will |
| 12 |
AUTOMATICALLY download it from a certain website and |
| 13 |
install it all by itself. So as long as the user can |
| 14 |
connect to the internet(So we should MAXMIZE the LAN |
| 15 |
driver support), his/her basic i/o device supported; |
| 16 |
s/he can use all his/her hardware under Gentoo. It |
| 17 |
will save all the trouble for new Gentoo user to |
| 18 |
search all over the internet. |
