I'm a little unclear on how being a not-for-profit has anything to do
with "Free Software," or how Gentoo becoming a not-for-profit will
suddenly change everything. Your talk suggests you believe
not-for-profits can't have paid employees, which is patently false to my
knowledge.

Could you help me out?
