6 Absolutely. This is for maintainer-wanted stuff, so it should be
7 documented in Bugzilla and assigned to maintainer-wanted with a special
8 keyword to indicate it's in the overlay. The question is how to come up
9 with some QA tool to enforce this.

11 I don't find this overlay objectionable, assuming it's only used for
12 maintainer-wanted packages.
