11 He forgot to remove his (probably by emacs) created ~ backup file before
12 generating the patch. On a fresh 2.4.19-gentoo-r1 kernel apply the patch and
13 say NO to Assume -R. Then continue on anyway and the rest should work fine.

15 I'm using his patch on a 2.4.19-gentoo-r1 kernel and it works wonderfully! :-)
