Unmerge sysvinit and remerge baselayout. In <baselayout-1.10 sysvinit |

was included in baselayout. In >=baselayout-1.10 sysvinit was split |

out. Unfortunately neither >=baselayout 1.10 nor >=sysvinit-2.84 are |
