Attila, |
2 |
I've been seeing this issue myself running FireFox versions 2.0.0.2 through |
3 |
to 2.0.0.8 on hardened-sources-2.6.20-r6 - PaX enabled but not SELinux or |
4 |
grsec. I'm thinking it may be a Gnome library bug of some sort, since the |
5 |
programs you've mentioned that are crashing with this all seem to use Gnome in |
6 |
some fashion. Oddly, though, I'm not seeing this issue with Seamonkey |
7 |
compiled with Gnome support. |
8 |
|
9 |
If I had time, I'd follow the instructions given in the crash message for |
10 |
each of these programs, and see if it was crashing in the same spot. Then |
11 |
we'd know what libraries to blame/target for patching. |
12 |
|
13 |
Kind regards, |
14 |
|
15 |
Geoff Kassel. |
