The path in your symlink does not resemble to any of the options in
profiel-config, if you check carefully.

The correct profile to select would be [5], according to a thread on
this list around mid February. There were some differences in opinions
between hardened vs mainstream gentoo developers IIRC on getting this
set by default in the stages.
