I don't think you are considering the fact that the board will not have |

the weight of fixing years of unpaid taxes. They will simply be able to |

continue paying the retained bookkeeping, taxes, etc each year and be |

able to focus on things that matter. For instance, they (future board |

members) can simply vote on reimbursing individuals, possibly GSoC like |

proposals, and other impactful things. |
