To be fair, I'm not intending to blame current or past boards for anything
here. Also to be transparent, I was a trustee in the past (so I would in
effect be blaming myself.) That is not the intent of my platform.

The intent is to say:

"The foundation has had some goals"
"Those goals were not met in a reasonable timeline"
"Even when the timeline was not met, reasonable communication regarding
progress was also not communicated"

I don't believe any of the above things will change anytime soon because no
one is interested or has the time to fix them.
Even if we did fix them, I remain unconvinced we could sustain proper
operation of the foundation into the future.

The CPA did not 'recently' move; its been at least six months (if not
longer.)
I'd love to know who the Foundation's lawyer is.

It means:

Paying someone to keep the books.
Paying a lawyer on retainer.
Filing Taxes.
Having D&O insurance.

When you don't any expenses its fairly easy to take in more money than you
spend ;p

I believe NM state nonprofit law requires a member vote on dissolution
unless there are no members remaining.

For the record I do not plan on terminating membership to cause the
memberless case to happen.
