The claim was that you don't have enough money to CORRECTLY operate |
17 |
the nonprofit. |

|
19 |
The fact that you have enough money to INCORRECTLY operate the |
20 |
nonprofit doesn't really do much to shake this... |

Sure, my point is just that this isn't a case of us having a CPA doing |
32 |
their job all along, and six months ago something came up and it is in |
33 |
the process of being fixed. |
34 |
|
35 |
As far as I'm aware we've never filed a tax return in over a decade. |
36 |
Now, I don't know exactly where the gap is, but this is a serious |
37 |
problem. |

Not exactly a sign of a healthy org. I'm torn on accepting the |
46 |
nomination on the "antarus platform" but it feels like we're just |
47 |
doing it wrong. I'd very much want to see us more more towards a |
48 |
model that doesn't require much in the way of overhead to operate. An |
49 |
umbrella org is one approach. I guess the other alternative is to |
50 |
give up the trademark and go with a zero-infra design, but the latter |
51 |
at least would take some effort and a lot of change. |
