13 User specific will be for sure ~/Library. I guess /Library is for apps,
14 while /System/Library is for system components (duh). Looking into the
15 dirs, it makes sense somehow. Anything in /System you shouldn't touch,
16 IMHO. Probably someone else knows it better than me. Please enlighten
