9 The problem is that your average installer or stage 1 assumes that I want
10 a clean install, so he does most of its work doing copying and creating

12 I have already a working Gentoo OSX system, so I don't need new stuff.
13 Just mounting the already existing stuff to he correct places.

15 I don't think a simple s/mkdir/mount/g would do the job on a stage 1
