10 Lack of feedback is partially the fact I'd rather see it as a class
11 based approach; can tag it into the rewrite whenever UI work gets in
12 full gear, but adding new features into stable that will have to be
13 reimplemented in the rewrite doesn't seem wise (hence the feature
14 freeze declaration).
