Yeah, this is never going to happen. The process exists this way |

mainly to prevent it from ever actually being used, perhaps in a |

hostile manner. No doubt it would be tried, but this is a very high |

bar to clear. |

If a really serious dispute erupts then either there will be a lot of |

delaying tactics until the next election and passive-aggressive |

actions (people ignore instructions from trustees until they spend |

tens of thousands of dollars fighting it in court until the foundation |

is bankrupt between the expenses and everybody withholding donations |

and bugging sponsors to do the same), or everybody just changes the |

name of the distro and starts from scratch. |
