1 The current bylaws are sufficient.

3 Threats should not be tolerated. It seems like right now, all it takes are
4 the trustees to vote on it to remove that member. Your addition leaves it
5 up to interpretation whether specified events fit the criteria you define,
6 which just make it more confusing than a simple vote of trustees in the
7 first place.

9 So I don't think any of this helps; and with the videos at the end, it just
10 kind of seems paranoid.
