11 I'm not entirely sure your experience bears out. I've seen exclusions in
12 the time I've been involved with Gentoo, and on very debatable grounds.

14 effort on the part of the recruiters project, although I do see that the
15 basic manpower has been largely maintained and not allowed to completely
16 lapse to nothing at all...
