32 have recourse if that were found to be the case, but that would be a
33 matter for Council to address, and be presented with appropriate
34 evidence from any such parties that may be concerned....

36 Regretfully, I think you're setting the bar rather high for what you're
37 expecting from Gentoo as an overworked body of volunteers. Whilst I'm
38 not excusing the actions of any, for even a moment, I think the lack of
39 resources (which I too agree with) and the difficulties arising from a
40 lack of a legitimate programme of recruitment and hence 'new blood', is
41 putting an unreasonable expectation on both devs and users alike in
42 terms of what's achievable with the resource available. Again, finding
43 some pro-active measures and contributing a solution rather than another
44 problem I'm certain -should- be welcomed by Gentoo as a whole ..
