8 You tend to get arrested for illegal activities. Law suits tend to be more
9 corporate and other litigation, civil litigation vs criminal.

11 There are lots of frivolous lawsuits. Most legal action in the US is not of
12 criminal nature. Almost no lawsuit is over a criminal matter, that is civil.
