16 My problems with the Foundation are rather known and not really relevant
17 here. My point is that the Council defines the technical direction of
18 Gentoo, and in the end the Council should be making decisions as to what
19 projects should be funded or not. Given that the Foundation is working
20 towards moving to an umbrella, the Council will eventually have to make
21 this kind of decisions, so it wouldn't hurt if they started taking some
22 responsibility today.
