That is correct. When you talk to the recruiters to arrange your |

sessions, we expect that you are absolutely ready. If you are not, we |

spend time go over corner cases in the quizzes etc that the mentor |

never told you about (even though he went through the same |

"interrogation" during his sessions). On rare occasions we stop the |
33 |
sessions and hand the recruit back to his mentor. |

It's not your fault if you are not ready. It's very hard for you to |

know if you are ready or not. Only your mentor knows that and he |

should do his best to train you properly. |
