[gentoo-proxy-maint] Proxied maintainers, please ping us if your PRs are not marked correctly

Hi,

Just a quick note: when you submit updates to packages you maintain
already, the relevant PRs should be marked 'self maintained'.  This is
quite important since with all the PRs being open for packages
maintained by other Gentoo developers, those labels make it much easier
for us (read: proxy-maint people) to find the PRs that are relevant
to us.

If you notice that your PR lacks that label, please either ping me
on IRC or mail me, and I'll fix it.
