16 (http://www.gentoo.org/security/en/#doc_chap4) for bug submission,
17 including security bugs, is for them to be submitted via our bugzilla at
18 http://bugs.gentoo.org/. This also allows you to see if a bug has
19 already been sumbitted, to avoid duplicates.
