6 Yes, I don't believe the kernel honors that attribute when deleting
7 files. Unless that's changed since I last heard.

9 Btw, coreutils comes with the 'shred' utility to secure delete files. So
10 if you are really paranoid, you could symlink rm to shred or something
11 (or create an alias in bash).
