I'd go with pure-ftpd. No vulnerabilities discovered so far, plenty of
features (although they say it's pretty bare-bones), and of course,
*virtual users*; I'm pretty sure I'd definitely want that. I've been using
for quite some time now (pure-ftpd, that is), and it works like a charm.
And it does TLS/SSL as well (only on the control channel, from what I've
understood from the docs).
