I think it could be more simple than that. Just base the list on what is |

in the system and world sets. From that it is easy to determine what |

needs to be fetched. It won't be a 100% match for what will actually be |

Sounds like a good plan to me, at least to try it out. Whether it will |

really work in practice is something to be found out. At least using |

Gnutella solves the problem of having to keep running trackers all the |

time. I have good contacts upstream as well so let me know if you need |
