29 Well, I did not have such a problem last time I tried - although every
30 now and then I have found that the key servers get busy and
31 connections do not succeed.

33 Have you tried connecting to a different keyserver?

35 PS. Also, make sure that you do not attempt connections too
36 frequently in case some of the key servers are blacklisting repeat
37 offenders.
