18 It's because of the version. In Outlook 2003, they now, in textmails,
19 properly prefix a quoted line with "> " (if so configured). And
20 they also allow to easily (ie. without restarting OL) switch between
21 textmails and HTML or Richtext - when you compose a mail, you can
22 select if you wish to use the plaintext editor, an HTML editor
23 or Word.
