It's because of the version. In Outlook 2003, they now, in textmails, |

properly prefix a quoted line with "> " (if so configured). And |

they also allow to easily (ie. without restarting OL) switch between |

textmails and HTML or Richtext - when you compose a mail, you can |

select if you wish to use the plaintext editor, an HTML editor |

or Word. |
