1 You probably were not asking _too_ much. If you are dependent upon
2 the system for your livelihood, I'd find somewhere else to host,
3 since these folks sound like bozos.

5 IANAL, but if you have a contract with them there may be service
6 level agreements that they're obligated to uphold, and they might not
7 be upholding them.
