6 Something one can always do is "cat /proc/cpuinfo" and then check the family
7 and model at http://gentoo-wiki.com/Safe_Cflags .
8 If it indicates 64-bit profile and Cflags for it, then it is a 64-bit
9 capable processor. :-)
