I download the spam folder to my home server with fetchmail. There I
have Amavis+[DSPAM+SA]+ClamAV. Works pretty well and I have much more
less false positives than gmail.

This is my fetchmail config:

poll pop.gmail.com proto pop3
user "nbensa@×××××.com"
with pass ******* fetchall ssl

poll imap.gmail.com proto imap
user "nbensa@×××××.com"
with pass *******
folder "[Gmail]/Spam" fetchall ssl
