8 Yes, that would have been helpful. The message in fact was very helpful in
9 showing me how to fix the problem, and I am thankful that the effort was taken
10 as Gentoo is still a little new to me (I come from Debian/RedHat land mostly).
11 I'm not against the warning, as the subject of this thread states, it just
12 came a little late. :)
