5	There's something similar in XP to iptables, but it's not really the
6	same -- take a look at the IPSec Policy (Start -> Control Panel ->
7	Administrative Tools -> Local Security Policy -> (whatever the bottom
8	option is... can't remember exactly, but it's something to do with
9	IPSec)).
