10 I've always felt that fstab, along with a couple of others, should not be
11 in baselayout, since it should never be "upgraded". There was a patch for
12 dispatch-conf that allowed you to "freeze" some files so it would never
13 even offer to update them, but it hasn't been updated for nearly two
14 years and doesn't work with more recent versions.
