46 Why? You have ignored everything I said to try to diagnose and fix the
47 problem and focused entirely on a perceived insult from a comment that

49 even though it also contained an explanation of why this was so and
50 guidance on how to provide that information. I wish I hadn't bothered and
51 had concentrated on the questions I am paid to answer.
