26 Quite null SATA experience but have you put "dolvm2" in Grub's kernel
27 boot line (for LVM2 boot support).
28 Second thought/question - have you compiled support for your mobo in the
29 kernel, plus SATA support?
30 Your specific SATA chipset might not have been included in default
31 genkernel config, so you have to customize it.
