34 Things are improving, but still not over the top yet.
35 As you can see below the dmesg shows things starting to light up...
36 I am able to see the scsi cdrw and the jaz drive.
37 Tried mounting the jaz drive but as expected it failed, the format of
38 the unit cartridge is UFS. But it at least saw it, assigned it, and
39 tried to mount when I manually tried.

41 However the scsi cdrw is still not working.
42 Again, as you can see it dmesg shows the device. However it is not
43 assigning it a dev.
44 The sr0 assignment you see listed is for my sata dvd unit, which is able
45 to mount when I tested it.
46 Are you, or anyone, able to offer any other suggestions?
