Because the init script was changed without a revision bump to the |

package that provides it. The versions look the same, but they aren't. |

It was a dumb idea and violates our stable ebuild policy and our |

revision policy, but it saved people from unnecessary rebuilds. Except |

now every gentoo user needs to rebuild every package that provides an |

init script. Oops! |
