8 Because the init script was changed without a revision bump to the
9 package that provides it. The versions look the same, but they aren't.
10 It was a dumb idea and violates our stable ebuild policy and our
11 revision policy, but it saved people from unnecessary rebuilds. Except
12 now every gentoo user needs to rebuild every package that provides an
13 init script. Oops!
