25 I switched last night from devfs to udev and had the same kde problem.
26 I solved it by running udevstart as root. Oh, and I checked the permissions
27 file in /etc/udev

30 everytime (loosing a lot of time at boot) and the soundcards are detected in
31 the wrong order ...
