15 a pseudo charging/discharging from a failing component,

18 by a discharge of the built up capacitance. Hard to say.

20 So swap out components as practical, move wires around,
21 check for intermittant brokend cables and check groundings.

23 Sometimes the plug in transformer used to power external speackers
24 does not have a ground wire (avoiding loop currents). Moving
25 those modules to a different circuit in your home/office
