14 At work I use squid to do this. It works nicely, just add a site to a
15 flat-file and it will be allowed to be loaded through the proxy, and it
16 was not difficult to set up.

18 The only issue is someone can get around it by changing proxy setting,
19 but at work I have a policy on the server that prevents users from
20 messing with the proxy settings.
