At work I use squid to do this. It works nicely, just add a site to a |

flat-file and it will be allowed to be loaded through the proxy, and it |

was not difficult to set up. |

The only issue is someone can get around it by changing proxy setting, |

but at work I have a policy on the server that prevents users from |

messing with the proxy settings. |
