I think the section headers could do with being a touch bigger, they
don't really stand out enough. Also the "more than 8000 packages" type
links could be lime green to again make it stand out more.

The link boxes down at the bottom look a little lost, and not all that
helpfully all the way down there.

The link bar looks a little bland without the Manage, Customize etc
things. Perhaps some more colour up there somewhere? "Gentoo Linux" in
lime green maybe?

All constructive criticism, of course ;)
