I am using Postfix - amavisd-new - SpamAssassin - Clamav. Amavisd-new
is an excellent daemon that can handle most of the clamav/SpamAssassin
configuration. Check it out: http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/

Is there a particular reason you chose qmail? Postfix is wonderfully
easy to configure and plays well with other daemons.
