5 While I don't want to deter people from creating them, it probably
6 wouldn't hurt to at least do a little bikeshedding here until we get
7 comfortable with them. The issues aren't the same as USE flags, since
8 adding a package to a set really has no impact to that package, so
9 perhaps long-term discussion won't be necessary. Right now, however,
10 it might be useful if only to get a sense for how they're being used,
11 trade ideas, etc.
