1 heres an idea, in the case of an emerge -U world, instead of postponing
2 F-related packages, portage could ask for all of them to be downloaded up
3 front. might require a new variable, but I think that feature would make
4 emerge world's more smooth.

24 The realplayer ebuild requires you to download sources
25 manually for it to install the package. Instructions on how
26 and what to download is usually given by the package when you
27 attempt to install it. Please not that currently, portage
28 will halt the merge process when it reaches such a package.
