22 The latest 0.6.4 has an INSTALL file that says it requires cpufrequtils.
23 I also see a "cpufreqnextgovernor" script that uses binaries from

26 Glancing at the code, it might still be able to read the current
27 frequency from /proc/cpuinfo or somewhere under /sys without
28 cpufrequtils (can you confirm?), but at best that leaves the plugin
29 half-broken without an update.
