10 That's because CFLAGS="-msse" currently doesn't do what the user would think it
11 does. Which is the real problem, which we're solving with the change Diego

16 It might have become some sort of policy, but if the policy doesn't have a
17 god-like status. Sometimes it becomes obsolete and new (better) rules are put in
