[gentoo-dev] [RFC] SDL2 update

Since the project lead doesn't respond to private mails, is not present
in the projects IRC channel and does not comment on my bug reports I
want to ask here for review of the following packages, because those are
non-trivial libraries:

They are all currently SLOT 2, but as discussed with Mr_Bones_ this will
be a major pain for update, so the ebuilds will probably end up as new
packages such as "media-libs/libsdl2" which is the easiest way.

Another thing is that smpeg2 update cannot be installed in parallel with
the old one, unless we rename the "/usr/bin/plaympeg" binary (and I
don't know if that will break consumers). So that is probably going to
stay non-renamed and in slot 0.
