I'm not sure I follow. Currently it *is* prohibited to be a council member |

and a trustee. The amendments Michał mentioned are *proposed* amendments |
| 10 |
(from June). The idea being we would wait for a new board to vote on them |
| 11 |
(e.g. now). That being said, I intend to vote to abolish the prohibition |
| 12 |
you mention, but the rationale is right in the proposal (because the board |
| 13 |
needs more prospective members and excluding the council members harms that |
| 14 |
mission.) |
