Better to use Wilikins for this, the same way as Wilikins note |

People may consider this as spam. It may be acceptable to message |

only those who had not yet voted, but no more. IMHO better to do |

this 3 days, 2 day and 1 day before the deadline. Every 5 hours may |

be irritating and chances are high that dev will not be available |

during the last day for one reason or the other (ISP failure, power |

failure, too busy IRL, travelling, etc). |
