Better to use Wilikins for this, the same way as Wilikins note |

service works: when dev performs some action, because just joining |

the channel may be done automatically (e.g. during startup or |

reconnection after network problem) and message may be lost. |

People may consider this as spam. It may be acceptable to message |

only those who had not yet voted, but no more. IMHO better to do |

this 3 days, 2 day and 1 day before the deadline. Every 5 hours may |

during the last day for one reason or the other (ISP failure, power |
